This is a clear disrespect of the National Flag of India. According to Flag code, 2002 (Part-II, Section 2.1 (vi)) "lettering of any kind shall not be put upon the Flag". This photo was published in the frontpage of Times of India (29th May 2006) as a coverage of anti-reservation strike of the medicos in Azad Maidan.
